Executive Bio

Mr. Jim White has been the President of Computing Systems business unit of Northrop Grumman Corp. since June 3, 2003. Mr. White served as President of Computing Systems Business Unit of Logicon, Inc., a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corp. Mr. White has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the federal IT community. Prior to Northrop Grumman IT, Mr. White held senior management positions, leading the federal units at Sybase, i2, Platinum Technologies and Digital Equipment Corporation. In all these positions, Mr. White has either built the business from scratch or has transformed the business from an offering dominated by commodity products, to a solutions portfolio which builds on a solid technology offering augmented by strategic partner alliances and trusted customer relationships. He began his career in the defense electronics industry at Sanders Associates, currently BAE Systems, NA and is active with the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International. Mr. White holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from St. Anselm College, Manchester, N.H.
