Mr. Malcolm S. Swift has been Vice President and Assistant General Counsel- Mergers and Acquisitions of Northrop Grumman Corp., since August 28, 2006. Mr. Swift served as Secretary of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (formerly, Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding, Inc.) He joined Northrop Grumman in 1982 as Senior Staff Counsel at its Aircraft Division (now a part of Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector) and was responsible for delivery of all mergers, acquisitions and antitrust legal services. Mr. Swift earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of Redlands and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has completed Executive Education Programs in Finance and Accounting at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
