Mr. Stephen C. Movius, also known as Steve, serves as Corporate Vice President of its Vice President of Investor Relations at Northrop Grumman Corporation and also has been is Treasurer since August 1, 2014. Mr. Movius is responsible for all duties of the corporate treasury, including capital markets, capital structure, insurance and risk management, bank relationships and cash management. He also continues to lead the Northrop Grumman's Investor Relations organization, where he is responsible for maintaining communications and relationships with financial analysts, institutional shareholders and individual investors. He served in similar roles for Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems sector from March 2003 to January 2009 and for its Information Technology sector from January 2001 to February 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Management for Northrop Grumman Information Technology. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Sector Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Inc. He joined Northrop Grumman in 1995 as the Vice President of Business Management for the Data Systems and Services Division. In 1998, he was named Vice President of Business Management for Logicon, when the newly acquired Logicon subsidiary was combined with the Data Systems and Services Division. He held this position through 2000 and provided financial leadership to the sector, especially in merger and acquisition and subsequent integration activities as several significant companies (PRC, TASC, Fed Data, Sterling Federal, DPC, Comtek) were folded into the sector. In 2001, the sector was renamed Northrop Grumman Information Technology as he continued to provide financial leadership over the newly reorganized $4 billion sector. Before joining Northrop Grumman, he had been with PRC Inc. for 10 years. He began his PRC career as Business Manager of its West Coast Division and was later named Controller of its Engineering Technology group. After serving as Vice President of Finance for the Engineering Technology group, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for PRC's Federal Systems group. Mr. Movius earned a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fresno and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
