What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can speak your mind and it will be listened to and acted on appropriately. Even when you voice concerns to HR they listen and help you out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The honesty and integrity it claims to have but fails
Communication. Not being passive aggressive and backing up their team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outstanding medical dental and vision, they match your 401K and end of year bonuses are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wage theft misclassification on davis bacon
Getting at least a living wage increase per year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like a teammate, I feel supported in my day to day tasks. We check in with one another, and right any misunderstandings that we may have or may cause conflict. Friends for a lifetime.
We all get along great and help each other out when ever we can
