Everyone is willing to help.
Communication is great and a lot of flexibility.

It is diverse and Inclusive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to focus on their work rather than underhanded tactics to bring other colleagues down -witnessing it makes one question everything and uneasy
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I got to meet partners and associates that were based all over the states and got to speak to them and share perspective and understand their experiences
It was virtual. I didn't have to ask about benefits as the package was presented.

Being in the middle of a transaction - working on a new financing structure or a new combination of structures - busy & productive = happy
