Fast and easy but later relized it was only due to the interviewer was incompatent and just wanted to be done with the interview process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A living wage to support a respectable lifestyle is far from the wages provided to the working class. With the cost of everthing increasing extremely fast, salaries are not close to fair compensation or gainful employment.
