They respond quickly via email. and pay for my lunch sometimes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because numbers supersede facility capacity and we need more staff to accommodate higher numbers. quarterly bonuses to aides.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well as a team, multi-task, handle large numbers of appointments on a weekly basis. friendly, laid-back co-workers easy to get along with.

positivity is important and the office is always about patient satisfaction, making the environment optimistic positive caring and compassionate for rehab.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight-forward, relaxed, and easy. Response was timely and was given a job offer almost immediately after the interview.
