Taking care of their employees, visiting office locations vs. looking at numbers on paper
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because numbers supersede facility capacity and we need more staff to accommodate higher numbers. quarterly bonuses to aides.

Being able to leave on time, having a nicely paced schedule vs. over booking appointments at certain time slots.

positivity is important and the office is always about patient satisfaction, making the environment optimistic positive caring and compassionate for rehab.

We work well as a team, multi-task, handle large numbers of appointments on a weekly basis. friendly, laid-back co-workers easy to get along with.
