Salary, bonus and stock is all more than fair. They also have pay transparency.

Compensation is lower for all employees especialy those who are in the company for longer period.
Roles are not given based on the performance. I would like to get a band which justifies my roles and responsibilities

With the new pay equality laws - I would like to see an audit of all salaries and have the data be available to all employees. And of course have salaries adjusted as necessary.
Promotion to the next title level/salary band. Several members of my team have less experience, but are ranked higher/paid more.
Its like going to am Amway convention - excessive celebration of just checking the box and doing something - with no reference to results and sustainability of value. There is no accountabilty for the value return of marketing. Just a lot if irresponsible spending.
