Basic qualifications and continuous training.
Assigning title/pay based on employee experience/education and not how badly their position needs to be filled.
Compensation is lower for all employees especialy those who are in the company for longer period.
Roles are not given based on the performance. I would like to get a band which justifies my roles and responsibilities
Less work for the compesation.
With the new pay equality laws - I would like to see an audit of all salaries and have the data be available to all employees. And of course have salaries adjusted as necessary.
Promotion to the next title level/salary band. Several members of my team have less experience, but are ranked higher/paid more.

Put competent people into the right place
I feel undervalued within my team. I've recently been asked to add many more responsibilities with no offer of promotion or acknowledgement.
