A complete management change. Lack of knowledge of management is a very dangerous thing and not goot for the company or our lives.

Corporate leadership doesn't follow the cultural beliefs it promotes. It is arrogant and out of touch with the manufacturing plants. There is little alignment between Corporate and the plants.
