Change management's attitude about the employee and pay attention to what is not getting done in the plant.
Employee morale. I've worked here for over 30 years and management has gotten progressively worse over time. It is now JUST a job and a lot of us can see there's no way this company is going to be able to keep up with the competition in the metal industry.
