What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match percentage is very high compared to other companies that I have worked for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is that everyone is accepted regardless of race, gender and self identification. Mistreatment of co-workers is not tolerated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have clear direction and the stress is moderate. My manager looks out for his team and tries to make the environment pleasant for everyone.

We are very supportive of each other. We work well together and work towards the common goal of success of the company. The tasks are assigned and priorities are identified.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas from the remainder of the employees. They take several factors in consideration when making decisions that affect the entire staff. They provide several activities to ensure morale is supported.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that it was clear that the company was interested in me and they did not play mind games trying to make you continue to sale yourself when you have the qualities that they are looking for.
