Customs Information If you place an order to be delivered to a foreign country, please be aware that the recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches that particular country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Companion DVDs: These DVDs have a companion paperback study guide or book, which can be found in the "Study Guides" section of our store.
Study DVDs: These DVDs contain both the full-length messages and trimmed (15- to 20-minute) video segments. The trimmed messages can be accessed from the DVD Main Menu page once the disc has been placed in a DVD player or computer. A digital Leader Guide is also available in the Additional Resources folder on the disc.
Series DVDs: These DVDs include an Additional Resources folder which contains a Leader's Guide PDF and downloadable discussion questions.
Reference the product description for any DVD if you have questions about the format of a specific message series.

View ArticleWe are so sorry for any picture quality issues you encounter while watching our DVDs. Unfortunately, pixelation, blurriness, and out of sync audio and video can be common issues.
Most often, this occurs when our DVDs are played on high definition televisions. Video on our DVD discs is compressed to standard definition in order to fit on the disc. But this can mean that picture quality issues appear when the discs are then played on a high definition screen.
The picture quality problems will be less noticeable if the disc is played on a standard definition television or computer, but at the moment, we do not have an alternative fix. We're working hard to find one.If the issues on your specific disc disrupt your viewing experience, please reach out and let us know by emailing [email protected].
You can also use Anthology (a free app with many of our study videos) to stream messages on your phone or television. Search for "Anthology studies" on the App Store, Google Play, AppleTV, or ROKU. Streamed videos should not experience any picture issues if you have a reliable Internet connection.

If your order was not downloadable, you should have received a shipping confirmation email when your package left our warehouse. Click the link(s) in this email to see the latest delivery information for your package.
Additionally, you can find tracking numbers for all orders by logging into your account and clicking on an order number. While your package is in transit, a tracking number will appear next to the date on which your order was shipped. (Note that tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to reflect accurate information from the shipping company.)
Once your package leaves our warehouse, wedon't have any additional information about its location beyond what the tracking number shows. If your tracking number is not working correctly or you need to let us know about another delivery issue, email us at [email protected].

This can usually be resolved by trying the download again and monitoring your internet connection during the download.
