How flexible is your work schedule at NS1?
Quite flexible - as long as I get permission from my manager and I don't have in-office obligations I can work from home once every week or two. I know that if something came up where I needed to shift my hours or work from home for a few days (within reason), my manager would be receptive to that request.
What's the work from home policy like at NS1?
NS1 promotes a flexible working culture - with the possibility to work from home occasionally with manager approval. For certain employees who live far from our office, we offer the possibility to work 2-3 days from home weekly, also with manager approval.
