What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were engaged and helped me understand the industry in a way I didn't before
They kept us informed and up to speed about the business

Not stealing. (To include all recipients of tender offer payments, all senior mgmt, and the board of directors)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We had excellent pay and good benefits
The equity grant was generous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VP of Product is a dangerous sociopath.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team was very collaborative, there was good support from our Sr. Devs
Driven, diverse, intelligent and in it for each other
