- What would you most like to see improved at your company?I would like to see everyone treated fairly and not taken for granted anymore.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I'm tired of being taken for granted and not appreciated. If the people in charge would do something about long term employees not getting the same compensation as new hires, it would go a long way toward improving the culture at work.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I make less money than people that are just being hired in. This is a billion plus company and we are given raises of 20 cents but can't be bumped up to make what the new hires are making. It's a slap in the face.
