Experience has been good in the past, but currently it is my opinion that everything is being mismanaged. the management has no strategy in place for attrition and no control over delivery. We cannot continue this way for lock.

We over commit and under deliver- that needs to change

Nothing - we need a dynamic leadership - which we don't have now.

More transparency, better communication from the management, better understanding of the pulse of the employees

If the interviewer is good, it is a pleasant experience, else it is just a formality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no basis for determination of compensation - if you threaten to leave, you will be paid what you demand, else you can work like a donkey but no one will acknowledge the hard work.
