Involvement from leadership and the time the process took was very fast compared to other companies I've worked with
Appears to be a diverse group of professionals with the experience and networks to help our company compete and grow.
I like the growth path we're on. We have added a lot of great people lately at all levels and the positive momentum is encouraging. I'm excited!
I have the resources and autonomy to be successful. But I also have the support I need to get the job done well. We win and lose as a team.
Our back-office systems are functional but antiquated. Its sometimes more difficult than it should be to make changes to benefits, get answers from HR, file expense reports, work with the Performance Management system, etc.
The vertical sales teams and the specialty sales teams are not competing for a share of the same commission. Both get credit for deals and are compensated separately so that there are no commission-split surprises after the deal is booked.
Highly collaborative culture. I find that leadership is accessible and that the organization is flatter than most. Clearly, titles and roles are important, but leadership doesn't possess a hierarchical philosophy. We're all there pulling on the same rope together to be successful.
Although the company has a long history, it runs more like a young company. We're not afraid to be creative and aggressively pursue business that's a good fit for our company. We also don't try to be all things to all people, which allows us to get good at what we do within a space.
