Better at listening to employees. Pay us more (a lot more) for the work we do. And have better training/hiring process. Just in general, be better at everything. The managers here have never done the work we do so they have no clue what it takes to run the team.
For the work we do nd the amount of troubleshooting/programs we are required to keep track of, we need to be paid AT LEAST $20/hr, but most of us are at $12. I understand that it's technically an "entry level" position, but there is ZERO career advancement opportunity. Pay us fairly so we might stay
