What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team - everyone is friendly and we all understand we're underpaid and we support others looking for other jobs and support each other while doing this job to make it easier. It's a great team environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at listening to employees. Pay us more (a lot more) for the work we do. And have better training/hiring process. Just in general, be better at everything. The managers here have never done the work we do so they have no clue what it takes to run the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work we do nd the amount of troubleshooting/programs we are required to keep track of, we need to be paid AT LEAST $20/hr, but most of us are at $12. I understand that it's technically an "entry level" position, but there is ZERO career advancement opportunity. Pay us fairly so we might stay
