Review from Product Dept

Being included and engaged in projects that matter

Review from Marketing Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a big disconnect between leadership teams and the reality of the customer experience. They refuse to listen and correct only when they go to live events and hear face-to-face from customers.

Review from Operations Dept

Layoffs, company stock dropping, there is some concern with how well the company is doing.

Review from Operations Dept

The team will be working on the agreed upon positioning of the project, when suddenly the executives have decided that they don't like this or they want it to be something different. Then we (without the ability to ask questions) MUST align.

Review from Product Dept

bad communication during cross functional and too many people in the approval process with less efficiency

Review from Operations Dept

The IT support at Nu Skin is deficient.

Review from Legal Dept

Nuskin should stop listening to it's shareholdes and start listening to the distributors that are actually out selling the product.

Review from Operations Dept

Work From Home. Every meeting is still virtual, this is beyond ridiculous and makes absolutely zero sense. Company is backtracking to the stone age.

Review from Marketing Dept

lack of consistency at global scale, things are allowed in the US (promotion, salary increase, etc) and aren't in other regions of the globe. Executives are mostly men, all from the US. We are more an American company with an international scope than truly global company

Review from HR Dept

need more compensation and benefits

Review from Operations Dept

Better work flow and support is needed and managing expectations of events and projects

Review from Marketing Dept

Working in the office is draining and not effective. collaboration occurs just as effectively outside of the office as much as in the office

Review from IT Dept

Better, more clear direction and less micromanagement from upper management, and less "stay in your lane" politics within work.

Review from Product Dept

Mainly the executive and senior leaders not understanding the needs of lower level employees. Many senior leaders attended the Team Elite trip to Europe, including some that did not add value, yet some benefits such as Lagoon are being eliminated.

Review from Sales Dept

Concerned about all the layoffs, sad about Lagoon being cancelled, have not received Jazz or other tickets for a very long time. I could be wrong, but it definitely feels like we got many more perks like that in the past than we do now

Review from Operations Dept

Ridiculous pace. Distrust of employees, Time Tracking, Return to Office. Need to slow down, listen to employees, don't ask them to time track to prove how busy they are, they seriously don't even have time for admin type work. I can't keep up with email, take a vacation, relax. Non stop stress.

Review from IT Dept

There are very poor decisions made that cost the company huge amounts of money.

Review from Operations Dept

The company needs to show that employees are heard. When a problem arises it's not just the higher-ups who are in charge of the final decision. Most of the time that is what is happening, The company needs to really listen what are the problems the products are facing and how to solve them.

Review from Design Dept

There are many issues that need to be dealt with urgently. For improving, make a decision should be in a timely manner.

Review from Operations Dept

Social politics is starting to become common in the work culture and it seems to starting at the executive level.

Review from HR Dept

It seems many new and innovative ideas coming every minute and changes happen everyday...normal procudures won't be able to catch ip with creative minds...so maybe improve prototype to cope with the many and speedy changes.
