We need a positive environment instead of everything being fear driven. Everyone is afraid to make a decision and scared to say what they think for fear of repercussions. People who say what they think get laid off. It's a very negative environment. They don't care about people anymore.

There is a big disconnect between leadership teams and the reality of the customer experience. They refuse to listen and correct only when they go to live events and hear face-to-face from customers.
