We are constantly pivoting project positioning at the whim of our executives. As subordinates, it has been made clear that questions about the purpose of these changes will NOT be entertained. We are to get on board, period.

Listen to the people actually turning the wrenches and base decisions off of that rather than perception or made up promises. Determine company goals and stick to them for more than one year. Value employees over shareholders.

I am doing the work of two roles since one position was eliminated and I assumed the work load. No additional compensation was given. That said, I am happy to help the team and work hard, it would just be good to be compensated fairly.

In general, when you are in a professional setting for a global company you should always bring your best attitude and mentality. I believe as the team works on being positive, bringing good energy, and being accountable for their own errors our team will flourish and become a top team.

Don't force everyone back into office, some people can't afford the commute and family changes.

We need a positive environment instead of everything being fear driven. Everyone is afraid to make a decision and scared to say what they think for fear of repercussions. People who say what they think get laid off. It's a very negative environment. They don't care about people anymore.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a big disconnect between leadership teams and the reality of the customer experience. They refuse to listen and correct only when they go to live events and hear face-to-face from customers.

Layoffs, company stock dropping, there is some concern with how well the company is doing.

The team will be working on the agreed upon positioning of the project, when suddenly the executives have decided that they don't like this or they want it to be something different. Then we (without the ability to ask questions) MUST align.
