Just in comparison of other companies Nuco2 needs to get in line with job market. Otherwise they will comtinue to lose more employees.
They furloughed the drivers to save their bonuses
Have some weekends off , replace upper management, overhaul the safety department
Appreciate your employees what they do in rain,sleet,snow and hot weather provide Gatorade,face mask during cov 19 and appreciation day with prizes,etc that companies use to do . it's the workers that make the company not the company itself
