The never let you use your PTO or sick time.

It is a toxic worl enviroment. The morale os awlful. There is an extremely high turnovwr rate. They also do not consider conflicts of intrest when promoting. They have a team lead that treats employees awful. The open door policy does is nonexistamt. Awful company to work for.

I love it can complain

This company hires and promotes regarless of conflict of intrest. Not bases on skill or experiance. Moral is extremely low due to the way leads talk to employees. And when it is reported to the manager nothing is done aboit it due to being friends inside and oitside of the workplace.

Fake news company. Poor management and talks safety but couod care less.

Its very high integerty looking out for workers

The Executive team is reactive and progressive.

Replace with people who have a college education and know how to run a business & have people skills. Also take care of your people...

Communication, knowing what's going on in the field as driver's serving C02 tank's and understanding the problem.

LEADING! It’s do as I say and not as I do. The people in the field are so under appreciate yet they’re the ones who keep the company go

Great pay, bonuses and incentives.

Just in comparison of other companies Nuco2 needs to get in line with job market. Otherwise they will comtinue to lose more employees.

They furloughed the drivers to save their bonuses

Have some weekends off , replace upper management, overhaul the safety department

Appreciate your employees what they do in rain,sleet,snow and hot weather provide Gatorade,face mask during cov 19 and appreciation day with prizes,etc that companies use to do . it's the workers that make the company not the company itself

I have made some amazing friends working there and have built lasting relationships

We all get along and are able to work together

I have made some great friends and learned alot more from co workers who have worked for the company for years. I have made some pf the best people there.
