We comunicated consistently very well

Some of the hard working people that still care avout their jobs.

Nothing exactly except if we have working truck's,C02 for customers

With the companies growth, there are many career opportunities for current employees.

Open floor allows for employee to employee communication which helps during busy times

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better training and get rid of Roger. He's a crappy manager.
