Replace with people who have a college education and know how to run a business & have people skills. Also take care of your people...
Communication, knowing what's going on in the field as driver's serving C02 tank's and understanding the problem.
LEADING! It’s do as I say and not as I do. The people in the field are so under appreciate yet they’re the ones who keep the company go

Just in comparison of other companies Nuco2 needs to get in line with job market. Otherwise they will comtinue to lose more employees.
They furloughed the drivers to save their bonuses
Have some weekends off , replace upper management, overhaul the safety department
Appreciate your employees what they do in rain,sleet,snow and hot weather provide Gatorade,face mask during cov 19 and appreciation day with prizes,etc that companies use to do . it's the workers that make the company not the company itself

The customer service is lacking. And not enough communication on issues such as allocation.
Management only care about keeping their jobs & bonuses
Listen to drivers and extended the pay for the workers because we put in the work.
Customer centric and clearer expectations set for all
