What makes you most happy at work? The flexibility to work remotely effectively
What do you like best about the leadership team?Openness to collaboration and feedback
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The company has hard-working employees, but currently also has some that "call in sick" or pretend to "work from home" too much and are able to do this without consequence. This makes the hard-working employees frustrated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There is an unequal balance. Some employees have to work harder to do the work of other coworkers who are slackers. The leadership team should correct this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The leadership team appears to currently be unaware of the couple of managers and employees that do not "pull their own weight" and only pretend to work, but most the coworkers are aware.
