What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be transparent in comparison to most places I've worked.
Nice and supportive. Open to questions and eager to help with anything.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The metrics they measure developers on don't promote quality. It promotes getting sloppy work done, many lines of code, and in most cases it leads to a lot of technical debt. Perhaps place more value on things other then lines of code and number of tickets closed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay submarket rates particularly in the data department, which will never change in North America now that most things are moving to India (where they can pay even less).

Openness, collaboration, safety in expressing opinions, endless support, opportunities to grow and be challenged, new things to learn all the time.
True commitment to team work, nice and bright people who want to do a great job and want others to succeed too.
The people I work with are smart, collaborative, supportive, fun, and always ready to help each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The meetings feel overly manufactured and forced. Teams are made to ask each other questions and answer without much choice. This creates anxiety and a desire to skip meetings altogether.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can be authentically themselves at Numerator. It's a very open and collegial environment that celebrates all parts of individual identity.
Leadership in HR is toxic
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is dependent on team, but don't demonize collaboration. Less meetings because everyone else is doing the same meetings. Don't assign deadlines to tickets.
