Nuna has been an unforgettable journey for me - I've been challenged, rewarded, and met so many people that have taught me so many things. Not to mention, my work is being put towards an amazing mission, and I don't feel like I'm wasting time when i go to work.

seeing my coworkers, knowing that I'm going to learn something new every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
getting to meet a broad range of people - folks I'd work directly with, and folks I wouldn't necessarily have to interact with on a day-to-day basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that you can come as you are. we have some incredibly talented people, and everyone's calendar is open for you to put time on there to discuss anything or ask for help, including the CEO's.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their focus on continuous improvement and willingness to change in order to keep driving towards our mission. Also their consistent commitment to employee growth and development is unlike any that I've seen at other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work as one; a failure for the team is a failure for all of us, and that mantra is reflected in how we consistently help eachother out. Also I completely trust my teammates, whether it comes to work or personal issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's no 1 piece that's the best - it's the combination of everything that's awesome. there are commuter benefits, a generous health and fitness reimbursement, kombucha and cold brew on tap. Not to mention money/equity. Every aspect of employee life and wellbeing has been taken into consideration.
