All decision making is top down and is uniquely focused on optimising financial performance as opposed to customer satisfaction.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Constant respect for people : e.g. global sales force is viewed as as a tax on the expense of the Business Lines, as consequence the global sales organisation has been in contant flux last 5 years !
