Take the ownership and make the decision and stick to it instead of flip flopping every quarter
Lead by example. Understand the work. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. know their OWN procedures. Learn how to coach. Communication is something they never do. Favoritism needs to stop.

Constant respect for people : e.g. global sales force is viewed as as a tax on the expense of the Business Lines, as consequence the global sales organisation has been in contant flux last 5 years !
