Lead by example. Understand the work. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. know their OWN procedures. Learn how to coach. Communication is something they never do. Favoritism needs to stop.

The work vs what im paid just dont add up.
Pay people for the work they do for the company not what you think they are worth.

Gett rid of the horrible supervisors.
Clear guidance at BU level on the strategy and execution plan
No favoritism. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. Allow employees to help! Let them learn or help the company advance with their skills they can offer

What did you like most about the interview process?
Communication was the biggest thing for me. I had some questions and the person helping me through the conversion helped me on their day off when they couldve just let me go to voicemail.

make a good org and to redefine the org back to many years ago.
Going east is a problem, so called cost saving, laying very experienced engineers off, replace them by new unexperienced workers in russia/india. Who will leave the company once trained

All decision making is top down and is uniquely focused on optimising financial performance as opposed to customer satisfaction.
Poor culture and mindset in T&O organization. Change the leader of T&O organization.
