Been here 20 years. Mostly been a place for ceo's to rotate through and take their $50M every two years. Last CEO, Greg, was fantastic. New CEO klemmer and some of his executive team are horrible for the companies future.
NXP acquired Freescale Semiconductors (= Motorola SPS successor) Dec 7th 2015 on 61%-41% basis. All positive Freescale way of working has been thrown over board and replaced by archaic legacy NXP information systems complemented by millions of custom Excel sheets generated in each and organisation.
Since the merger with Freescale way of work has changed ( for the worse). Currently it's very incident driven, no clear roadmaps anymore Review from Engineering Dept
