What did you like most about the interview process?Didnt feel pressure to perform, it was more like a comfortable conversation were both parties could ask questions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay, managers who actually care about making sure themselves and their team are working as a team and putting in effort to develop staff. The flexibility to WFH without feeling pressure of management being annoyed about it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading, they don't understand processes nor do they follow them, themselves which makes it difficult then to be effiecent. Theres also very clearly people within the the team that would benefit from being managed a bit more, guided. But then dont get that, managers cant workout how to manage them
