  • Probably depends on your team, but for me it's just fast enough to stay motivated, but not uncomfortable. I can rely on my managers to make sure the work assigned is achievable in a reasonable amount of time.

  • I can only speak to the engineering team, where morale seems to me to be well above average. Everyone seems to like each other and have confidence in each other. Communication is very open.

  • Some, but not as much as I'd like to see. I do know we are trying very hard to improve it. The culture is certainly inclusive, but I guess we have some things to learn about encouraging diverse applicants.
