Edward Arthur Lowe — Executive Vice President and Group Chairman of Middle East at Occidental Petroleum Corporation

Mr. Edward Arthur Lowe, also known as Sandy, has been Executive Vice President at Occidental Petroleum Corporation since February 2015. Mr. Lowe has been the Group Chairman of Middle East at Occidental Petroleum Corporation since August 2016. Mr. Lowe served as President of Oxy Oil and Gas - International Production at Occidental Petroleum Corporation since March 2009 until 2016. Mr. Lowe served as Vice President of Occidental Petroleum Corporation from December 2008 to 2015. He oversees all oil and gas international producing assets and the engineering and major project development functions. Mr. Lowe served as an Executive Vice President of International Production and Engineering of Oxy Oil and Gas. from 2008 to 2009. Prior to his appointment in Qatar, Mr. Lowe served as a Senior Vice President, Engineering & Project Development for Occidental Middle East Development Company in Abu Dhabi. Mr. Lowe joined Occidental in 1978. Mr. Lowe has more than 35 years of industry experience, including 24 years with Oxy in a number of engineering and project development leadership positions. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Dolphin Energy Ltd. He serves as a Director of Dolphin Energy Limited. Mr. Lowe is a registered professional engineer in the state of Louisiana, a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Lowe received his B.A. Degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University and has attended Tulane Graduate School and Boston University's Foreign MBA program.
