Daryl J. Doise — Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Oceans Healthcare

Mr. Daryl J. Doise serves as Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Oceans Healthcare, L.L.C. He is responsible for leading Oceans Healthcare's growth initiatives. Mr. Doise comes to Oceans with more than 30 years of progressive healthcare experience in acute and post-acute care settings. He served as Chief Corporate Development Officer and Executive Vice President at LHC Group, Inc. Mr. Doise served as Senior Vice President of Hospital JV Development and Relations at LHC Group LLC and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since 2005. He was responsible for the management and business development of LHC Group LLC, facility-based services segment. Mr. Doise served as Chief Operating Officer of Facility-Based Services of Lhc Group, Inc. since May 2002 and Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Market Development since May 2002 and Director of Business Development and Hospital Operations. He was employed for the previous four years by Quorum Health Services where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Opelousas General Hospital. Mr. Doise has also served as an officer and member of the board of directors of the Louisiana Hospital Association. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, majoring in accounting, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University.
