What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong character. Visible. Out in the field, not behind a desk all day. Involved a lot in shaping the landscape for behavioral health in state and federal government. Just good people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Common sense. Hire people who are forward thinking not backwards at corp. Find ways to pay your bills on time. Hire quality people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair market value for the role and size of the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Oceans is the absolute worst group I've ever worked for. Stewie Archer CEO, insulates himself with poor performing corp staff Horrible mgt
What are some of the best things about your team?
No abusive personalities. All very willing to work together to share/collaborate ideas. Work well remotely and in person.
