Annual bonuses are excellent and there is opportunity for spot bonuses as well.
The company hires high end technical talent and pays just above the market norm. They also have above average benefits. The tuition reimbursement package is the best I've ever seen.
My project consistently is a high performing team for Octo, yet has never been recognized/awarded for our work. "Performance pay raises" are barely anything, they don't cover the cost of inflation (even in normal times). I would feel better about compensation if it was matched to performance.
