Amazing work environment & culture.
Like most government contracting companies, your experience at Octo is dependent on your client. My experience has been the teams actually doing the work are great, but the company has grown to a point where there are so many levels of management, it's impossible to have meaningful leadership.
I have worked here for 5 years and this is my 6th employer overall. Trust me when I say I've been around the block. This place isn't perfect, but it's far and away the best of any place I've ever worked. They listen to concerns and genuinely care in a way that you can't fake. That's worth a lot.
