My project consistently is a high performing team for Octo, yet has never been recognized/awarded for our work. "Performance pay raises" are barely anything, they don't cover the cost of inflation (even in normal times). I would feel better about compensation if it was matched to performance.

Our leadership is too top heavy and there's a disconnect between the actual teams on the ground vs. leadership. There is mistrust between what leadership promises and what they actual deliver to their teams. There seems to be a lack of care for the project teams.
