What is the best part about your compensation package?
They care about your situation. They help if you need help everyone knows each other
ESPP is the best part, 401k is ok, salary below market, insurance is very good

Working in teams, congratulating us always
How everyone is always willing to check in with you and see how you're doing
you can feel free to interact with any of your coworkers no matter the level, I've had conversations with Brian Young a few times and it never seems like I am holding him up and he engages, really appreciate his leadership

How I got to meet people from every department
Met many different members of the work force including some executives and felt like I got something different out of each one
