We have really good medical insurance and the yearly profit sharing is really great also

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deserve to be paid more for the work that i am doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like a family environment.
I love that my team is considerate and has a great work ethic
