Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Performance ratings that evaluate contributions and compensation that aligns rather than giving increases to a select few
Everyone( including senior managers) says the pay is terrible and yet they remain because the work is a joke. Merit increase is more like an insult, but it is better than nothing.
A more market and experience reflected salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some great people
I am individual contributor but my colleagues are professional and easy to communicate with.
