Human relations to be worked on asap

I do not work there now. When I did work there, my direct manager was terrible. However, the leadership surrounding my division was great, and paid attention to my concerns.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Given the market average. It is considered leading in the market

The pay wasn't outstanding, but it was good enough and the benefits were excellent!

Benefits, and other incentives to motivate. Salary reviews.
Discrimination within the personnel where others are clearly preferred not because of professional outcomes but affiliation to authority .
Compensations must be based on Individual qualification and Productivity not on favoritism

Learn to speak up for themselves
Communication and learning to work with vendors and outside teams.
Love my team but they’re demoralized, every employee is as risk of leaving. But we get by - a lot of gallows humor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
iNCLUSIVITY, Diversity, Equity and all

Not too sure what the Organization's culture is.

The questions, and the vibe.
The clear and open communication about timelines, status, etc
I was given an opportunity because I sold my self positively and it was by merit
the process was fast because the interviewer seems to understand about my bio already

I am very passionate about my work and I have a great team.
