  • How's the vacation policy at Ogilvy?
Very generous and grows with seniority. We always get off between Christmas and New Years. Holidays, sick time, personal days, and vacation time...also 4 summer fridays off between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Taking PTO is encouraged from a work life balance standpoint.
