What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledge when people are not available, don't message them. Don't expect t 12 hour work days. Give credit for work done on weekly Kpis instead of saying people did less to avoid bonus pay outs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I sayed that for my friends that were bad
Working 45bhours a week would be a huge improvement, getting rid of bad management
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co workers are great, some not so much. Less meetings less immediate meetings. Better planning.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty, respect, ethics, truth and honor.
Hire leadership that have experience outside of APAC. Currently group think no critical thinking C-Suite love sycophants telling them how wonderful they are
Be respectful of employees do not call them out in meetings or throw them under the bus

It os not regulated and easy for customers to use fake id's and commit fraud or launder money
