What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team here is just basically just walking in place, maintaining the status quo at all costs. The best thing the leadership team here could do is retire and hope that someone with fresh ideas comes along to save the company.
While open in communication, he has a lot of Senior leadership giving him wrong advice specifically in Engineering, things can be better
