The leadership team here is just basically just walking in place, maintaining the status quo at all costs. The best thing the leadership team here could do is retire and hope that someone with fresh ideas comes along to save the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and HR lot of these folks need to be replaced quickly
Forgetting about the past glory and focusing on the future growth.
The only thing that matters at Okta is your ability to play politics and make pretty charts. literally everything needs to change in order for this company to have an acceptable culture.
More thoughtful leaders and teams should be able to understand stress of others and be accomodative
