Its amount. I'm paid a lot for what I do, which is the only reason I haven't left - although the just-announced "culture shift" will likely mean my performance will never be enough, meaning I likely will no longer get any bonus.

Unlimited PTO and family leave. I know there's a downside to unlimited PTO, but it's good to have as a parent. And I see both men and women taking family (maternity/paternity) leave. ICs support each other taking PTO.

Remote work is fantastic. Everyone is friendly.
We get a lot of flexibility with schedule. They understand that we have personal lives and may need to alter our hours a bit. We also have full choice whether we want to come into the office, work remotely, or a mixture of both.
