What are some of the best things about your team?
Effective teams pursue a common outcome and have a common goal they want to reach. Healthy teams have mutual respect between members of the team and management.

Flexibility and work life balance
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
remove the incompetent people at the top, stop making designers head of product and stop making non tech people CTOs and CIOs
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
don't assign nontech people to take tech interviews, don't hire unnecessarily, don't give people undeserving bonus
What makes you most happy at work?
Exposure to new n varied opportunity
Challenging environment and competition to succeed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything, only focus is on marketing, that too only making ad videos, no actual product development, no actual customer relationship teams
